PROFESSIONAL SHOP COVID UPDATE & ONLINE SHOP

Please see below an update regarding the current Government Regulations surrounding the Golf Professional Shop and Services. Having considered all available Government advice, the PGA and Golf England have reached the following conclusions regarding the restrictions for the operation of the Club Professional

Coaching
The UK Government has confirmed that one to one coaching is permissible outdoors providing you are alone and only meeting with 1 person from outside of your household and that you are staying a minimum of 2 metres apart. In order to comply with this regulation, strict hygiene measures will be enforced. This will include cleaning any equipment rigorously in line with wider guidance on hygiene, for example by using antibacterial spray and washing hands thoroughly before and after use.

I am able to meet with different clients in a single day, as long as it is only via one-to-one sessions and I am maintaining social distancing.On Course Lessons are therefore now available Monday – Friday with immediate effect. Retail
The UK Government has advised that, “All retail, other than those exempt, must close their premises to members of the public. However, staff may be present to make deliveries or provide services in response to orders such as those through telephone, online, or mail”. As the list of exemptions does not currently include golf retail, the Pro Shop must remain closed, except for Click and Collect services which will be available Monday – Friday.

Goods are available via the Online Shop on my Website or by email: I am able to take orders via my online shop: https://craigdilleygolf.co.uk/shop and can arrange for Goods to be collected Monday – Friday from the Shop or to be sent by Royal Mail to Members homes. Members are still able to use credit on their account; should you wish to use your credit to purchase goods, please contact me by email: c.dilley@sky.com

There is a wide selection of stock available not all detailed on the website and some manufacturers are still able to process orders. Please contact me by email or phone if there is something you would like which is not shown on the website.

Custom Fitting
I am not yet able to carry out Custom Fitting until the Studio, Clubhouse and Facilities are permitted to reopen.
