The Clockburn stream runs parallel to the hole. The small
stream across the fairway feeds into the Clockburn, thence into
the river Derwent in the valley below.

Golfer's Tip
An interesting hole to finish. The marker post is the target from the
tee and with the land all sloping to the left, it is possible that your
next shot will not be from a level position. A longish iron into the
green will need to thread its way between the 2 trees which are actually
well forward of the green. There is a single bunker front right of
the green to catch shots that are designed to run onto the green from
the bank. the green itself is one of the longest on the course.
